Delivery Areas: Nationwide throughout Semenanjung, our coverage extending to all states, cities, and major towns.

For those who wanted to surprise their Loves one on the eve of the occasion or while having dinner at Restaurant, our evening or Midnight hours delivery can assist you to fulfill your needs. 

* - Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang & Other States - Orders must received on or before 7.00am for same day delivery

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Free Delivery/Delivery Instructions:   
 

We are unable to accommodate requests for time specific deliveries for free deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations. In case, you should pay for express delivery.

- Our riders will delivery hand-by hand to receiver. If rider unable contact to receiver, they will just leave it at the shipping address that you given to us.

This delivery service is available in the previously named areas, for orders sent between 8:30am and 5:00pm,** except when they fall under any of the categories below.

**Careful delivery route planning is what allows us to do that, and to be fair to all our customers. Because every customer is important to us, we are unable to provide FREE Specific Hour Delivery, which requires chartering a vehicle and driver to have an order delivered separately from the others. Please be advised that according to the terms of the free delivery service we offer, the placed order will be delivered to the recipient between those hours but NOT at a specific time. Kindly note that we also offer Specific Hour Delivery, at a fee (RM80). 
 

Delivery Surcharge

Please Note: We have extra charge for every orders above 20km deliveries.

If the delivery address is within 20km of our outlets, we can offer to deliver at specific times with Delivery Surcharge, within a varying margin of error depending on the fee. The usual fees are broken down as follows:

*The placed order will be delivered to the recipient between those hours but NOT at a specific time.

Company reserve the right to reject an order if it is received too late or resources are unavailable at the time.

Express Delivery

We need time to arrange the flower and delivery, will arrange after payment. We will take 1-hour or 2 hours delivery time,after done the flower.

This 1-hour delivery time promise begins when the flower has been done, including reception of payment from sender. The promised coverage area is 20 km from our hubs (see addresses provided). If the distance is between 21 and 40 km, the delivery time extends to within 2 hours. Express Delivery service incurs an additional RM80.00.

These orders cannot be refunded, for what should be obvious reasons given the perishable and customised nature of our products:

◊ Change of recipient’s address received by us less than 24 hours before the delivery is due

◊ Incorrect or inaccurate entry of recipient’s address

◊ The order, or any part of it, is customised

◊ Late deliveries - where the Guaranteed Service option was not selected or recipient or not contactable . However, we may offer to compensate with store credit in such unfortunate situations. 

VALENTINE'S DAY DELIVERY

There will be no time slot selection available during Valentine's Day period (12th - 15th Feb). All the orders will be delivered between 8:30am - 9:30pm. We do not provide photo of delivered during this period.

The following charges will be implemented for urgent or specific time delivery during the Valentine's Day period

- Urgent Delivery - EXPRESS DELIVERY
- Specific Time Delivery, additional surcharge (Includes requests for delivery within a specific time frame, or delivery before a specified time)

MOTHER'S DAY DELIVERY

Time slot selection is not available during Mother's Day period. All orders will be delivered between 8:30am- 9:30pm.

Specific time delivery is not avaialble at an additional cost of RM80, we will try our best to arrange your order to delivery ASAP. Order place on Mother's Day and requests for delivery by same day will also incur a charge of RM80.

Please note, Mother's Day falls on a different date each year. Please enquire about Mother's Day period dates. 

Minimum Handling Fee

Please note that for orders totalling less than RM58.00, a minimum handling fee of RM10.00 will be charged in order to cover administrative costs.

If “Receiver's choice” is selected when the order is placed, we may contact the receiver to confirm the delivery address and preferred time of delivery.

We will not reveal the sender’s information, product description or anything else that might cost you the element of surprise.
